This is a really enjoyable gym with top trainers all with great expertise who make you feel welcome. I’ve lost three stone since joining the mens classes and I’m now in a healthy weight range. My knee pain when running has disappeared due to knee strengthening exercises. Sleep has improved and I look and feel so much better than I did when I started. If you’re thinking of joining a gym I would say give this one a try, it has had a real positive impact!
