Agnieszka is a 52-year-old accountant from Lostock Hall who joined AK Active while battling the effects of menopause — from exhaustion and lack of concentration to unexpected weight gain and low confidence.
She needed something to help her reconnect with her body and mind.
Today, she’s not just a member — she’s one of our instructors.
The Challenge
Menopause brought more than just hot flushes for Agnieszka.
