Meet Darrellyn
Darrellyn Garner is a 54-year-old civil servant and HMRC resource planner from Lostock Hall, Preston who came to AK feeling overwhelmed by the symptoms of perimenopause — weight gain, joint pain, anxiety, mood swings and a general sense of feeling unfit and unhappy.
The Challenge
