Can I join a different training time?
Join in any time you want, just book first using our app or website so we know to expect you :)
Do I have to be fit?
Not at all! We understand that everybody starts somewhere! We have members of all kinds of fitness levels. Team AK also join in the occasional session so that you can see us struggling too! We will support you through your journey to make sure you love it and come out of it fitter, healthier and more confident.
Can I eat any other foods?
YES! No foods are ever off limits as long as they fit within your daily calorie limits. If there is something that you want in your plan, simply drop us a message. You never know, you may make all the other members love you if we end up adding it to their plans, too!
Will I get good results?
If you work hard and stay consistent over the 28 days, there is no reason why you wouldn't get amazing results like so many of our other members! Bear in mind though that every body is different, and every body reacts in different ways. Always run your own race and never compare your journey to others.
How can I improve my flexibility?
You may find that you're a little stiff perhaps. We have no doubt that your flexibility will improve over the 28 days BUT, if you want to take it even further, you need FitStream Stretch. CLICK HERE for more information.
I feel a bit sore the day after, is that normal?
The dreaded DOMS! Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness...
Yes, completely normal if you're new to exercise, using muscles you haven't used in a while or if you are pushing your body to new heights. Muscular pain is completely normal and can last for a few days. Make sure you rest up and get some good quality nutrition in to recover adequately.
