THE program to help mums find their confidence, give them community, help and guidance when it comes to getting back into the swing of things post-partum. This is specifically for mummies and babies who are not yet mobile

We understand that caring for a newborn can be challenging, so our classes are structured to accommodate the needs of both mum and baby.
Our experienced instructors will guide you through a variety of exercises that focus on strengthening your core, toning your muscles, and improving your overall fitness level. We also incorporate fun and interactive activities that involve your baby!
BUT – our classes aren’t just about fitness. They’re also a great way to connect with other new mums and share experiences and advice. You’ll have the opportunity to socialise and make new friends in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
Heres whats included:
– Semi-private training 3x per week to have you feeling energised and ready to take on the world with your little gym buddy!
– A nutrition plan that’s breastfeeding safe to help you get some structure and routine.
– Sessions strictly limited to 10 ladies so you can make new connections and walk the journey with ladies just like you.
– Access to the unparallelled AK Active community full of supportive members and instructors who want you to succeed.
– A safe space for you to feed, change and train with your little gym buddy.
