Keto = Calorie deficit.
Atkins = Calorie deficit.
Slimming World = Calorie deficit.
Weightwatchers = Calorie deficit.
Cambridge = Calorie deficit.
Slimfast = Calorie deficit.
Juice Plus = Calorie deficit.
That means eating less calories than your body burns over a period of time.
For example, if your body burns 2000 calories in a day, you would need to eat less than this to lose weight.
There’s no right way to do it either. All of these diets self proclaiming to be the best, are only the best if you can stick to them.
Ask yourself, “Can I see myself eating this a year from now?”
Personally to ALL of those above diets, I’d say no...
They are either too restrictive, have ridiculous rules, are filled with gimmicks or cost the earth.
Life is for living and eating good food. You CAN do this and still lose weight without buying into a fad diet.
1. Calculate your calories.
2. Subtract from your calories to put you in a deficit.
3. Eat the foods you love but don’t go over your calories daily.
4. Stick with it!
Of course there are other variables, but that’s the bare bones of it!
